Q: A parent is missing a proof/photograph
A: You can log on to the School Archive Section, of www.kittleorders.com using your Email address on our records, and your school Kittle Photographic account code. Please see your documentation from us or call 01245 401313. You can then print the students Photo ID and password, so parents can Order Online.
Q: Can parents still order photographs after the collection date?
A: Absolutely, they can order any late photographs online. There is no late surcharge, however we would only deliver to a home or alternative address, which is chargeable at the current rate. We will not send individual late orders back to the school, unless requested specifically by the school.
Q: Can we extend our collection date or have another collection?
A: Of course, please contact our area office [email protected] and they will arrange an alternative date to suit.
Q: What payment types do you accept?
A: We accept all of the main forms of payment, these include Cash, Cheque, Visa, Mastercard, Electron, Maestro Dom, Solo and Postal Orders.
Q: How do I use my CD you have supplied?
A: If you have decided to go with the 'Sims Batch import' option, please go to this section of our site by clicking here.
If you have received a standard CD Rom then you simply do the following:
- Insert disk into PC
- Go to 'My Computer'
- Click CD drive (usually D:\)
- To find the image of a particular child, please scroll down until you get to his/her class and quote the image number.
Q: Are your photographers security checked?
A: Yes, every photographer from Kittle Photographic Ltd has been fully CRB checked. Also for your piece of mind all staff are strictly monitored and reviewed on a regular basis to ensure the highest possible quality of service.
Q: Can parents order online?
A: Absolutely, please direct parents to www.kittleorders.com and they can order current and previous photos.
Q: When will our photos be delivered?
A: Please allow 10-14 days for delivery of proof photographs from the date of the photograph being taken, and also after the orders have been collected. However, we endeavour to deliver all photographs within 10 days. For further information, you can email your question to [email protected]
